The Stables (Sleeps 4)

(Sorry we don’t allow dogs)

The Stables is a single-level property that has been lovingly renovated from a stable building for horses into a holiday home that simply oozes with character. Sleeping four, The Stables has an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with the star of the show being the stunning original beams and open brickwork, two en-suite superking/twin bedrooms, a large private grassed garden with patio and hot tub, and glorious views of the nearby farmland.

LOOK INSIDE

Surrounded by fields and wildlife

Both holiday homes have masses of parking space directly outside and are environmentally friendly with underfloor heating throughout, generated by our own ground-source heat pump.

Located between Brandesburton and Beeford, you’re in the midst of the peaceful countryside, surrounded by fields and wildlife including deer, birds of prey, foxes and rabbits, yet only a short drive from the charming market town of Beverley to the west. To the east, it’s just a ten-minute drive to the gloriously sandy beaches of Fraisthorpe and Hornsea on the spectacular Yorkshire coastline.

Pasture House and The Stables are available to book separately or together all year round for three, four or seven nights, with changeover days on Monday and Friday. Please do book well in advance if you want to secure your special hot-tub holiday to celebrate Christmas and New Year or during school summer holidays, as these popular slots fill up fast!

Sarah Dean

Hi, I'm Sarah Dean,

my family and I have farmed the land around Pasture House Holiday Cottages for five generations.

We are a family-run business whose main enterprise is farming (free range poultry, arable and renewable energy) but we have recently diversified into holiday cottages on the neighbouring farmstead.

Our ancestors, who were the first generation here, did once own Pasture House and were in fact born inside it! It was sold off in the past but in 2014 we bought back the derelict farmhouse and farmstead, including stables, and started our holiday cottage project in 2017.

Make a Booking

You can either select dates from the date picker below or give me a call on 07889 886163

Please note an infant who still sleeps in a cot is not included in the maximum total number of people the property can sleep.

Also if Pasture House or The Stables are booked separately, the option called ‘The Stables and PH’ dates below will automatically grey out.

We were having a conversation with the press team at To Wander UK the other day and we were speaking about which publications we have featured in since opening and when looking back we have actually featured quite a bit! So there came the idea to create an 'as featured in' blog post.

We have attended various awards evenings this season so we thought it would be a nice idea to create a summary and update all in one place.

We have been open just over 2 years and I thought I would update you of some changes that we have added in to the cottages, when costs have allowed and through suggestions from guests as things we could add/change to improve guests experience staying with us.

We do have an Accessibility Guide for both cottages, which I will include the links for below, but here is a brief summary of what we have done to make the cottages accessible for all to enjoy.
