Happy New Year from Pasture House Holiday Cottages!

What a first year we have had...

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the guests that have decided to stay with us for their holidays in the UK! A special thank you goes to Emma and Greg Usher who booked both Pasture House and The Stables as part of their wedding weekend in October, they booked back in February 2021 when both properties were a building site but they trusted our vision, they were our very first guests and in their review they said that 'the house made their weekend'.

Bookings and enquiries have gone absolutely crazy as we have got into the New Year and we are so grateful for that! I think that is one thing we can thank Covid for, for helping guests who maybe would have usually gone abroad, to choose to stay in the UK and enjoy what is on our doorstep which we often take for granted!

We have had some lovely reviews from our guests;

"Pasture House is the perfect accommodation for a luxurious stay in the Yorkshire countryside. We rented the main house and it has 6 stunning bedrooms which are all huge and the images don't show the scale of the house as it's incredible! The kitchen/dining space is the perfect socialising space when we stayed for New Year, we spent most of our time here with the wood fire lit which was amazing. The standard of interiors, linens, workmanship is all 5 stars. It has lots of beautiful outdoor space with grass, patio & not forgetting the 2 hot tubs...we loved them! I wouldn't hesitate to stay or recommend the house! Thank you for a perfect stay."

"We had the most amazing family weekend at Pasture House, we all would completely recommend it. Beautiful, comfortable, homely, classy, just perfect! Thank you for making our family time so memorable."

On that note, the calendar is filling up so fast and a lot of key summer and school holiday dates have already gone so please don't wait too long and end up missing out. We can't wait to welcome all of the guests that have booked for 2022 and some who are very organised for 2023!

March marks the gentle shift from winter to spring, bringing lighter days, fresh countryside views, and a renewed sense of energy. It’s a quieter, often overlooked month for a break — which makes it especially appealing for guests who enjoy calm surroundings and unhurried exploring. A stay at Pasture House Holiday Cottages, just outside Beverley, offers the perfect base for enjoying East Yorkshire as it begins to wake up for spring. Longer Days and a Fresh Feel to the Countryside One of the most noticeable changes in March is the return of longer daylight hours. Mornings feel brighter, evenings stretch out, and time outdoors becomes more inviting. The countryside around Beverley starts to show early signs of spring, with fresh greenery and the first hints of seasonal colour. It’s an ideal time for gentle walks and relaxed days out without the intensity of peak season.
