We are absolutely over the moon to share some incredible news…
Pasture House Holiday Cottages has officially won “Remarkable Self-Catering Accommodation of the Year” at the 2025 REYTAs!

The Remarkable East Yorkshire Tourism Awards (REYTAs) celebrate the very best of our region’s visitor economy, and this year’s ceremony—held at the iconic Connexin Live Arena in Hull—was an unforgettable night showcasing the passion and hard work behind East Yorkshire’s tourism industry.

To be recognised among so many outstanding businesses is truly an honour.

A Proud Moment for Our Small Business

Our Managing Director, Sarah, accepted the award on the night and shared her heartfelt appreciation:

“We are incredibly proud to win such a respected award. It means so much to see our cottages recognised for the care, attention to detail, and warm Yorkshire welcome we put into every guest stay. I couldn’t do it without my amazing team, who work tirelessly to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.”

This achievement reflects the dedication, passion, and pride that goes into every stay—from the quality of our cottages to the service our guests receive.

March marks the gentle shift from winter to spring, bringing lighter days, fresh countryside views, and a renewed sense of energy. It’s a quieter, often overlooked month for a break — which makes it especially appealing for guests who enjoy calm surroundings and unhurried exploring. A stay at Pasture House Holiday Cottages, just outside Beverley, offers the perfect base for enjoying East Yorkshire as it begins to wake up for spring. Longer Days and a Fresh Feel to the Countryside One of the most noticeable changes in March is the return of longer daylight hours. Mornings feel brighter, evenings stretch out, and time outdoors becomes more inviting. The countryside around Beverley starts to show early signs of spring, with fresh greenery and the first hints of seasonal colour. It’s an ideal time for gentle walks and relaxed days out without the intensity of peak season.
